Welcome to Food With Thought, LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Food With Thought’s platform and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

1. Services Provided

Platform Access:
Food With Thought provides access to a suite of AI-powered tools designed to support regenerative food and agriculture practices, enhance productivity, and streamline learning and strategic insight.

Human-in-the-Loop Tools:
Food With Thought’s tools are “human-in-the-loop” systems. They do not integrate with user systems or take autonomous action on behalf of the user. Any implementation of recommendations or actions based on our tools must be carried out by your team. AI may make errors, and it is your responsibility to verify content before acting upon it.

2. Subscription Terms

Subscription Plan:
Users subscribe to services through our website and payment platform. Pricing and usage tiers are outlined on the site. Subscription plans may include user caps and concurrent session limits.

Usage Limits:
To ensure fair use, concurrent usage and session durations may be monitored. If usage substantially exceeds normal expectations, we reserve the right to restrict or pause access temporarily.

Payment Terms:
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by credit card. Failure to process payment may result in service suspension until resolved.

3. Onboarding and Support

Onboarding Process:
New users must complete the onboarding process to tailor platform capabilities to their organization. Accurate data is critical for effective AI support.

Support Services:
Users can access in-app support and contact our team via email. If automated support cannot resolve an issue, a support ticket may be created manually.

4. Confidentiality and Data Security

Confidentiality:
Food With Thought will maintain confidentiality of user data. Users likewise agree not to share or distribute proprietary information obtained from our platform.

Data Security:
We utilize industry-standard encryption and safeguards. Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law.

Intellectual Property:
User-generated content remains the intellectual property of the user. Food With Thought makes no claims to ownership. Users are responsible for legal compliance regarding intellectual property.

Jurisdictional Constraints:
Our services are intended primarily for users within the U.S. and may not comply with data regulations such as GDPR in international territories.

5. Termination and Refund Policy

Termination by Users:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Termination by Food With Thought:
We may terminate service for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

Refunds:
Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused time unless otherwise required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Food With Thought’s services are advisory. We are not liable for actions taken based on our tools. Services are provided "as is," with no warranties of fitness or accuracy.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code
Breach security systems or access unauthorized areas
Disrupt service integrity via excessive use or malicious activities
Copy, sublicense, distribute, or replicate platform content
Use the service to build competing tools or violate legal rights

Violations may lead to immediate termination and legal consequences.

8. Amendments

Food With Thought may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of major changes and are encouraged to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
